Biscuits with peanut butter, peanuts and chocolate drops
Ingredient For Biscuits:
150 grams of brown sugar
150 gr of flour
50 gr of butter
4 tablespoons (about 110 g) peanut butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
a pinch of salt
30 gr chocolate drops
30 gr of fried peanut peeled
120 g peeled peas
1 tablespoon sugar powder
Peanut butter is cooked in three steps so as not to burn the blender. Peel the dried peanuts in a dry frying pan, cool a little and grind between the palms, getting rid of the husks.
Put the nuts in a blender and grind them into flour. Continue to grind the nuts (in three stages!). Gradually the mass thickens, releasing oil, and then becomes liquid.
Sugar powder can be mixed manually. You can cook more crunchy pickled peanut butter. For this, do not grind the nuts to a liquid state, but stay on a soft consistency. Add salt and hot red pepper. This oil is well suited for sandwiches and sauces.
For biscuits rub the butter with sugar. Add the nut paste and egg.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, knead the dough, add nuts and chocolate drops. Put small balls (slightly more walnut) on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Put the pan for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Bake the biscuits for 15 minutes at 180 ° C, cool in the off oven.
